Civil War / vol. I – II – III – IV – V
by Fouad Elkoury
Limited edition of 600 copies
20 postcards (10 B&W + 10 coloured) in a plastic folding leporello
Plan BEY discovered that the young Fouad Elkoury – famous mainly for his black and white photography – used to walk around in Beirut, between 1982 and 1983, with 2 cameras: one containing a black and white, and the other a colored film.
Playing on the revealing differences between the 2 consecutive snapshots taken with the 2 cameras, Plan BEY created these publications holding each a set of 10 pairs of colored and black & white postcards, back to back, in a folding plastic leporello.
